The Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano features 118 rooms with wide ranging marine views. All dining venues are overlooking the sea.

In connection with the hotel the client wanted to establish a combination of a beach and marina, in direct connection with the hotel, on the opposite side of The Corniche. The office designed the initial surveillance and conceptional design.
